Tadala Kadzuwa
Grants Manager
Tadala Kadzuwa is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and accomplished finance and grants management professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, budgeting, donor compliance, and grant administration. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Accountancy, and Diploma in Accounting (ICAM). She currently serves as Grant Manager at the Training & Research Unit of Excellence (TRUE), where she oversees the financial and grant management of programs funded by the European & Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP), ensuring effective grant administration, donor compliance, financial reporting, and stewardship of study resources. Prior to joining TRUE, Tadala served as Finance Manager and Finance Officer at The Hunger Project Malawi, where she managed and supported grants funded by a range of international donors and development partners, including Australia Aid, Dioraphte Netherlands, Millennium Challenge Account (MCA), CBM, BMZ, MSH, Microsoft, LDSC, UNICEF, and other global organizations. She also worked as Finance Officer at Development Aid from People to People (DAPP) Malawi, managing finances for projects funded by various international donors and development agencies. Throughout her career, Tadala has developed extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, risk management, payroll administration, and donor compliance. She is well versed in managing donor-funded projects and ensuring compliance with international financial and reporting standards. Tadala is recognized for her integrity, professionalism, analytical skills, and commitment to strengthening financial accountability, transparency, and organizational excellence in the development sector.
