Ms. Chikondi Ngwira is a dedicated and enthusiastic researcher who holds a BSc in Health Systems Management and currently pursuing an MSc in Global Health. She is a trained Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with extensive experience in coordinating clinical trials and observational studies. Her top priority is. ensuring that all projects conducted under TRUE adhere to international and national Ethical and Regulatory standards. She also ensures that the studies are implemented following ICH-GCP requirements to maintain data integrity and protect the safety of the study participants. Ms. Ngwira values community engagement and strives to involve all relevant stakeholders throughout the research process, from conception to implementation and dissemination of study results.
