Bydon Dumakude Ngoma currently serves as Chief Operations Officer, where he provides seamless administrative support to studies and study teams while offering strategic leadership on all human resources matters. With over five (5) years of experience in administration and operations, he has developed strong expertise in optimizing organizational systems, driving operational efficiency, and enabling high-performing teams.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and has built his career within the NGO sector, specializing in health research organizations. Bydon joined TRUE in 2019 and has progressed through several roles including: Program Assistant, Program Officer, and Human Resources Officer before being promoted to his current executive position. Across these roles, he has consistently contributed to strengthening institutional operations, advancing effective programme delivery, and fostering efficient, collaborative work environments.
